How to enrol

TASK is in the process of changing our Childcare Software system.

Unfortunately this means that we cannot take any new enrolments for the upcoming Winter School Holidays.

If you are already enrolled, you can book Holiday sessions as normal through BookMe at Hubhello. (see below)

To Enrol for Before and After School Care from Term 3 (beginning Tuesday 21/7/26):

  • Click “Enrol Now” below to be taken to our new system, OWNA.

  • Select your service and complete all details, including your desired start date and required sessions.

  • Once your enrolment is processed, you will receive confirmation from support@owna.com.au with your log in details and links to download the OWNA app.

  • You’ll also receive a handy guide to using the app and links to parent support pages on the OWNA website.

Please download the app and enable notifications as this will be the primary method of communication with you during your time with TASK.

HOLIDAY CARE

to see what’s happening each day. All holiday bookings can be made via BOOK ME. To book for the holidays, click the link and follow the steps below.

  • Sign in using your HubHello login details 
    (forgot login? email enrol@task-kids.com.au)

  • Click on the House at the top right of the screen to select your school

  • Click on the Icon (top right)

  • Select Book Me

    • Select the school your child will attend for holiday care (top right)
      (see calendar for all available days)

    • Select days you want to book.

    • Scroll down and click ‘participate’ button.

    • Read terms & conditions, then checkout.

We are in the Hall. Access via pedestation gate on Smith St.

Please note: families are not to access TASK through the staff car park.
