How to enrol

Everything about TASK is easy – it’s all online: enrolling, booking for holiday care/paying and updating your personal details.

New to TASK?

  1. Click on ‘Enrol now’ you will be redirected to HubWorks, click ENROL and complete all details.

  2. Email your start date and required sessions to enrol@task-kids.com.au.

  3. You’ll receive an email from our friends at Hubworks with your log-in details.
    Check junk folder as sometimes these emails end up there.

Term Care

Use the LOGIN feature to update Emergency Contact details, Health and Medical Conditions, Contact and Banking details and all other information. In order to change your schedule, book a casual session or notify of an absence - email enrol@task-kids.com.au.

HOLIDAY CARE

View TASK HOLIDAYS above to see what’s happening each day. All holiday bookings can be made via BOOK ME. To book for the holidays, click the link and follow the steps below.

  • Sign in using your HubHello login details 
    (forgot login? email enrol@task-kids.com.au)

  • Click on the House at the top right of the screen to select your school

  • Click on the Heart Icon (top left)

  • Select Book Me

    • Select the school your child will attend for holiday care (top right)
      (see calendar for all available days)

    • Select days you want to book.

    • Scroll down and click ‘participate’ button.

    • Read terms & conditions, then checkout.
